Who we are

This policy describes how WISER CO., LTD. (秩宇股份有限公司, business registration number 50765711) handles information in WISER Amazon Operations Platform (“the application”).

WISER CO., LTD. operates as part of the ViewEC group of companies. viewec.com is the group’s primary domain, and this page is published there on behalf of WISER CO., LTD., the entity registered as the developer of this application.

We are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us using the details in the Contact section at the end of this policy.

What we collect

Amazon selling partner data. When a selling partner authorizes the application through Amazon’s Login with Amazon consent flow, we receive an authorization credential for that seller’s account. Using it we retrieve sales and traffic information, marketplace participation, and fulfilment inventory information, for that seller’s own account only.

Business contact information. Names, work email addresses and telephone numbers of the people we work with at each client, so that we can run the engagement.

Our own service records. Meeting notes, weekly reviews, follow-up items and contract dates that our team records about the engagement.

We do not collect personally identifiable information about a seller’s end customers, and we do not request Amazon roles that would give us access to it.

Why we use it

Solely to deliver the account management service the selling partner has engaged us for: producing performance reviews, monitoring account health, advising on advertising and inventory, and keeping a record of what has been agreed.

We do not use one client’s data to benchmark, advise or compete on behalf of another. We do not use it to train machine learning models. We do not sell it.

Where we store it and for how long

Data is stored on managed infrastructure at Amazon Web Services / Supabase, Seoul region (ap-northeast-2).

Amazon data is retained for the duration of the service engagement and deleted within 30 days of a selling partner withdrawing authorization or the engagement ending.

A selling partner can withdraw authorization at any time, either from within their Amazon Seller Central account or by contacting us. Withdrawal stops all further retrieval immediately.

How we protect it

  • All traffic is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate.
  • Authorization credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before being stored.
  • Database access is restricted by row-level security; application access is role-based, and each account manager can only see the seller accounts assigned to them.
  • Access to production data is limited to named employees and is revoked when they leave.

Who we share it with

Amazon information is not sold, and is not shared with any third party other than the infrastructure providers required to operate the service.

The infrastructure providers we rely on to host the application and its database process data on our instructions only. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

Your rights and how to delete your data

A selling partner may request a copy of the information we hold about their account, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to the email address below from an address we already have on file for the account, and we will respond within 30 days.

Deletion removes the stored Amazon data and the authorization credential. Records we are required to keep for accounting or legal reasons (such as invoices) are retained for the period the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated directly.
